(1) The COMTF mailing list currently has more than 1,100 subscribers, and is used for disseminating information on Sudden Oak Death and Phytopththora ramorum to the entire Task Force. Recent news coverage or press releases, current research trends, and the semi-monthly newsletter are all items posted to the main COMTF list.
(2) The Working Group for Phytophthoras in Native Habitats created a mailing list in 2016 to help disseminate information on new Phytophthora species impacted native plant nurseries and restoration sites in California. Meeting announcements, important new findings, and other general updates are sent to the list as needed.

Join the California Oak Mortality Task Force (COMTF): Any interested person may become a member of the Task Force by attending a COMTF meeting. There is no charge for membership. COMTF members are encouraged to participate in any of the general meetings or other activities that are sponsored by the Task Force. Donations: The California Oak Mortality Task Force is a 501(3)C (94-324-8518) non-profit organization under its parent group the California Forest Pest Council.
